1. Introduction

Welcome to Pacxen Packers & Movers. By accessing our website, using our moving cost calculator, or booking our relocation services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all individuals, businesses, and organizations utilizing our transport, packing, and moving facilities.

2. Booking and Estimates

All estimates provided via our online calculator or over the phone are approximate and based on standard load volumes. Final charges may vary based on the actual inventory, specific floor requirements, lack of elevator access, or unnotified changes to the moving route. A formal booking is considered confirmed only upon the receipt of a token advance payment.

3. Insurance and Liability

We highly recommend purchasing transit insurance for your high-value items. While our team uses the utmost care and premium packing materials, Pacxen Packers & Movers shall not be held liable for damages resulting from unavoidable circumstances (force majeure), inherent defects, or items packed prior to our team's arrival. Claims for insured items must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure that all cash, jewelry, and personal documents are carried personally by you. We do not transport highly sensitive valuables.
• Obtain necessary permissions from building societies, landlords, or local authorities prior to the moving day.
• Defrost refrigerators and empty all liquids from appliances before packing begins.
• Be present or assign an authorized representative during the packing, loading, and unloading process.

5. Restricted Items

For safety and legal reasons, we strictly do not transport hazardous materials, explosives, firearms, live animals, perishable foods, or illegal substances. Discovery of such items may lead to immediate termination of services without refund.
