1. ADVANCE PAYMENT

Customers may be required to pay an advance amount to confirm bookings.

2. REFUND ELIGIBILITY

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment made by customer
  • Service not provided due to company-related issues
  • Booking cancelled within the allowed cancellation period

3. NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS

Refunds will not be applicable in cases such as:

  • Last-minute cancellation by customer
  • Delay caused due to traffic, weather, strike, or natural conditions
  • Incorrect information provided by customer
  • Partial service already completed

4. REFUND PROCESSING TIME

Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 working days through the original payment method.

5. DAMAGE CLAIMS

If any damage occurs during transportation, customers must report it within 24 hours of delivery with proper photos and proof.
